Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on nooon.online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

NOOON™ operates a strict all-sales-final policy. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances except as explicitly stated in this policy. This applies to:

  • In-stock items
  • Preorder items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes

By completing checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy in full. We strongly encourage you to review all product details, sizing information, and the applicable product type before purchasing.

Exception: Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have statutory withdrawal rights that override this section — see Section 7 below.

2. Preorder & Made-to-Order

  • Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase confirmation.
  • Production begins immediately following order confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
  • If a preorder or made-to-order item cannot be fulfilled for any reason attributable to NOOON (e.g., supply failure, production defect beyond acceptable tolerance), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of notification.
  • Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur. You will be notified if your estimated delivery date changes by more than 2 weeks.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed but may be offered on a case-by-case basis, and only under the following conditions:

  • A verified manufacturing defect exists in the item as shipped (structural failure, incorrect print, material flaw)
  • An incorrect item was sent due to a fulfillment error on our end
  • The correct replacement item or size is available in current inventory
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation

Exchanges are not available for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Sizing issues where the correct size was ordered and delivered
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items with removed NFC tags or tampered authentication elements
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange request, contact us at info@nooon.online within 7 days of delivery. Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or error (minimum 3 images: full item, defect close-up, label/tag)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved exchanges will receive prepaid return shipping instructions. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains an incorrect item, contact info@nooon.online within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the situation promptly, which may include a replacement, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

NOOON is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation from the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, file a claim with the carrier directly and contact us, we will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund in these cases.

7. EU and UK — Right of Withdrawal

The all-sales-final policy in Section 1 does not apply to consumers ordering from the European Union or the United Kingdom, where applicable consumer protection law overrides our standard policy.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw — by email to info@nooon.online — before the 14-day period expires. The statement must include your order number, full name, and shipping address. You may use the model withdrawal form below but are not required to.

Once you have notified us of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of communicating your decision. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or was incorrectly supplied.

Goods must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached and original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs (but not supplementary delivery upgrades you chose), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (this includes made-to-order Zellerfeld footwear produced for your specific size and color selection)
  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items

8. International Orders

All customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely non-refundable. NOOON has no control over customs delays. If a package is returned to us due to refusal of customs payment or failure to collect, a refund of the product cost only (minus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee) may be issued at our discretion.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a purchase that was fulfilled in accordance with our policies constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service. NOOON will dispute all chargebacks with full documentation. Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases and may be subject to further legal action.
