Orders & Shipping

How long does fulfillment take?

Each product page lists its specific shipping window. Standard timelines:

  • Standard line, ships within 2–3 weeks of order date
  • GRDT collection, ships within 3–4 weeks of order date
  • Zellerfeld footwear, ships within 3–4 weeks of order date

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order dispatches.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, NOOON ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country. These are billed separately by the carrier on or before delivery, and are NOT included in the purchase price, the shipping fee, or any free-shipping threshold.

When do I get free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available at the following subtotals:

  • United States: orders $250 and over
  • Canada: orders $300 and over
  • Europe, UK, Australia, NZ, Japan, Korea, Singapore, HK, Israel, UAE, Malaysia: orders $350 and over
  • Rest of World: orders $500 and over

"Free shipping" applies to the SHIPPING FEE only. For international orders, customs duties, VAT/sales tax, and broker fees imposed by the destination country are not included and remain the customer's responsibility on delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. If you haven't received a tracking email within your fulfillment window, contact info@nooon.online.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation. Production begins immediately on order confirmation. If you believe an error was made at checkout, contact us as quickly as possible at info@nooon.online, we cannot guarantee changes but will do our best.

Who pays customs and import duties?

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined entirely by your local customs authority. NOOON has no control over these fees.

My package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, NOOON's delivery obligation is fulfilled. If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or nearby drop-off locations first. Then file a claim directly with the carrier. Contact us at info@nooon.online and we will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. NOOON does not offer returns or refunds. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We strongly recommend reviewing sizing information and product details carefully before ordering.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are reviewed case-by-case and only considered in the following situations:

  • A verified manufacturing defect exists in the item as shipped
  • An incorrect item was sent due to a fulfillment error on our end
  • The correct replacement is in stock
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation

Exchanges are not available for change of mind, sizing issues where the correct size was delivered, or worn/altered items.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?

Contact info@nooon.online within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • At least 3 clear photos (full item, close-up of defect, label/tag)

We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If NOOON is unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Products & Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing to our charts. If you're between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for outerwear and down for layering pieces. Contact us if you need help.

Are NOOON garments unisex?

Yes. All NOOON garments are designed to be worn by anyone. Sizing is based on body measurements rather than gender. Our size charts reflect this approach.

How does the NFC authentication work?

Many NOOON pieces contain an embedded NFC chip. To authenticate your garment, tap the chip with any NFC-enabled smartphone, no app required. The chip links to a digital record verifying the piece's authenticity and provenance. NFC tags are sealed into the garment; tampering voids exchange eligibility.

How do I care for my NOOON garment?

Care instructions vary by garment and are printed on the interior label of each piece. When in doubt, cold hand wash or dry clean. Avoid machine drying technical fabrics. Do not iron directly on printed or bonded surfaces.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

NOOON operates in limited production runs. Some items are retired permanently after a run ends. If a product has a waitlist or notify-me option, you can join to be alerted if it returns. Join our newsletter for early access to upcoming drops.
